HAN CHOLO SHIPPING POLICY
We are not responsible for replacing products marked as Delivered.
Once an item is in the hands of USPS, UPS or any mail carrier service we are no longer responsible and cannot replace products marked as Delivered. If a package is marked as Delivered, and you don't see it: check with your mail carrier, family members, and neighbors or call or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking number. Once marked as Delivered, the carrier deems the service complete and Han Cholo no longer has any access and we are unable to submit inquiries or claims. The customer must pursue the package locally and Han Cholo is not responsible for sending a replacement.
Territory Restrictions
Han cholo offers various Officially licensed products. According to territory regulations, certain products are only available to be shipped to certain territories.
Shipping & Handling
The shipping option you select applies to transit time only and does not include our handling time. The estimated delivery speed starts once your order leaves our warehouse—not from the moment you place your order.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
When will my order ship?
STAINLESS STEEL: If your order is placed Monday through Friday before 1 P.M. PST, it will ship the same day! Any orders placed after 1 P.M. PST will ship the next business day (Monday through Friday).
PRECIOUS METALS:Due to the custom made nature of these pieces - and the strict quality control process each item endures before it leaves our warehouse, it will ship in approx 2-4 weeks. Please keep in mind that if your order has a Stainless Steel or Pin/Patch itemanda Precious Metals item, your entire order will not ship until the Precious Metals item is ready. You may need to place a separate order for the IN-STOCK item if it is needed sooner.
PRE ORDER:The item’s description lists an estimated shipping date. Please keep in mind that if your order has an IN-STOCK itemanda PRE-ORDER item, the entire order will not ship until the PRE-ORDER item is ready. You may need to place a separate order for the IN-STOCK item if it is needed sooner.
How do I know when my order ships?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped with tracking information. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking info to update.
How long does domestic shipping take?
- Shipping/transit times do not include weekends or holidays.
- Express, 2nd Day and Overnight shipments are not guaranteed.
- Order deadlines for 2nd day and Overnight shipments is 2pm PST
- If we can not make the shipping window specified we will contact you immediately to let you know.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
My package says delivered but I didn't receive it

Per USPS's current policies, postage claims are no longer able to be filed. Han Cholo will not refund shipping costs for slow or “late” delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide to various locations. International shipping costs vary based on location, and customs duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
International Tax & Duties
International orders are subject to customs fees and duties without us knowing.
Our international shipping cost DOES NOT include any applicable international tax and duties. The purchaser is responsible for paying import duties, customs fees, and taxes. All international packages are shipped as “duties and taxes unpaid” and we do not collect any VAT fees. If your order requires any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees, they must be paid by you to receive your package.
Han Cholo has no control over your package once is has entered an international country. The country’s customs agents have the right to release or deny your package, which may delay shipping time.
